Can a family member contact you for me?
Yes. You can choose to involve a family member, carer, nominee or support coordinator in the conversation. Let us know how you would like to communicate and who you want involved.
Is SDA the same as daily support?
No. Specialist Disability Accommodation refers to specialist housing. Daily personal supports are separate. Ask our team about housing suitability, current options and what other supports may be needed.

What should I bring to our first conversation?
You can begin by telling us what you need. If you have an NDIS plan, relevant details may help us discuss options. Please avoid sending sensitive plan or health information through ordinary email.
